June 24: Wahoo! Grandpa's rock fountain on the side of the pool makes a perfect launchpad. Patriot is very daring, and loves flying through the air! 

June 24: Libby takes the plunge! This is a relatively new thing, only in the past few days has she built up the courage to jump off the rocks in to the pool. (That is G-pa Atkin helping her out for those who don't know) 

June 24: Patriot and Liberty enjoying the pool!! They both do really well in the water and really love playing in the water. Patriot Is so funny about his sunglasses, if walks outsid without them he puts his hands up to his eyes and yells "sunglasses!" he won't go anywhere without them. Sensitive blue eyes I guess. 

June 16: Caught red handed! Patriot and Libby got into grandma's baby powder, it was all over the bathroom, and them! 

June 12: The day after we got back from NM Patriot went in for an adenoidectamy. For those of you who know him, you know that he has been unable to breathe through his nose for about a year and a half, and has also had a constant runny nose for that long. Well his surgery was a complete success, and he has been snot free for nearly two whole weeks! 

June 10: Pyne family with Wesley! 

June 10: Wesley and his dad Ryan in their baptism whites, with mom Mindi. 

June 10: Happy Birthday Wesley! Playing with the bionicles from Grandma Atkin.  

June 10: Happy cousins! Patriot and Liberty love their cousin Lexi. this was at Wesley's baptism. 

June 9: Grandpa Pyne bought a big flagpole so he could fly the colors everyday while John is in Iraq. Patriot 'helped' Grandpa put it up and take it down each day while we were there. 

June 9: Swimming at Emily's apt., Grandpa Atkin made a fountain! Patriot loves to swim and Libby loves to dance. She danced around that railing the whole time we were there! 

June 9: We mad a trip to NM for my nephew Wesley's baptism. This is a pic of the kids at Aunt Emily's apt. wearing brand new swim suits from Grandma Pyne! 

May 21: Libby loves corn!! I cut it off the cob for her and she kept screaming for something, I finally figured out that she wanted the cob! She gnawed on it for hours. 

May 12: One of Patriot's favorite things to do, ride a pony! this was at our stake fair. (I think his pony's name was snowball) 

May 24: Patriot and Liberty sharing an ice cream cone. Patriot is a wonderful big brother and take good care of Liberty. 

May 23: Doing crafts for dad, they say that packages take a month to get from the states to Iraq. We painted the kids hands and sent some hand prints to daddy for father's day, they loved it! But our package only took one week to get to daddy so he had an early dad's day! 

Last day before daddy had to leave and everyone was just kind of moving slow and feeling the sorrow of it. Patriot and Gpa took a little nap together. 

Grandma and Grandpa Pyne made the trip to AZ to see their eldest son for a day or two, and we had an early birthday party for him. John barbecued the kabobbs for his own birthday dinner, but he's tough, just check out the mohawk! (details about the mohawk can be found on John's blog, buildfreedom.blogspot.com) 

It took a second for Patriot to get the idea of what to do, but once he understood he was all over that yard picking up eggs! 

Day after Easter is when the Atkins do their Easter egg hunt. Here's Libby, she found one egg and sat down to eat!

Mom and the kids bought dad a new lap top to take to Iraq and it some fun games on it. Patriot's favorite was Polar bowler!
